Shipping and Returns

Shipment will be done on Monday to Friday only. No Shipment will be done during the weekends and public holiday. Please allow 1 to 2 working day for us to prepare your order.
We currently only deliver using JNE services. Regular shipping will usually take around 2-5 working days while express shipping will take 1-2 working days. You can track your shipment in the ‘Track Order’ link at www.jne.co.id.

Exchange or Returns

We only accept exchange or returns for product defect related reasons. Please fill in the ‘Contact Us’ form with your order number and exchange or return reason and we will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
