Red Rice Porridge with Broccoli & Tuna
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Rice ‘n Shine organic red rice flour
- 1 small piece of steamed tuna
- 10 red beans, soak overnight, then boil until cooked and tender.
- 5 broccoli florets, soak in boiled water and salt, then wash and steam
- 200 ml water / broth
- ¼ tsp EVOO/unsalted butter
