Red Rice Porridge with Broccoli & Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Rice ‘n Shine organic red rice flour
  • 1 small piece of steamed tuna
  • 10 red beans, soak overnight, then boil until cooked and tender.
  • 5 broccoli florets, soak in boiled water and salt, then wash and steam
  • 200 ml water / broth
  • ¼ tsp EVOO/unsalted butter
